Can the 660 Frame Relay Tester see the number of DLCI available up to 1023 except for the reserved ones?

Yes, you can select or input any DLCI other than 0 or 1023 for simulation. You can even select reserved ranges if you like. The tester will show "invalid" DLCI counts if you use a reserved DLCI for simulation in a loopback mode.
