If you are seeing a "Failed to Connect to Tester" message:
But you are able to connect to your DSX CableAnalyzer using LinkWare PC, then it is most likely that the LinkWare PC file you are using contains results from a DTX CableAnalyzer, not a DSX CableAnalyzer. You cannot mix and match.
