When you click on Edit > Database Notes in LinkWare, you have the opportunity to store notes about the file.
These can be printed by clicking on File > Print > Database Notes. You can also created a PDF version by clicking on File > PDF > Database Notes.
These notes do not show up on the individual test reports.
