The OptiFiber Pro has 1GB of internal memory.
Typical capacity for the internal memory is approximately:
- 5,000 Fiber links, testing from both ends along with endface inspection for links less than 2 km.
- 2,000 Fiber links, testing from both ends along with endface inspection for links greater than 2 km.
To see the available memory from the home screen, tap the TOOLS icon, then tap Memory Status.
To make more memory available, you can upload results to a USB flash drive, then delete the results in the tester.
Editors note: I’ve used a 64 GB thumb drive with no issues. It must be formatted FAT32.
