If you see a Serial Port Communication Error in LinkWare when trying to download results from your SimpliFiber Pro to the PC:
It means that you are not using the current version of LinkWare. There are two versions of SimplFiber:
SimpliFiber
SimpliFiber Pro
The latest SimpliFiber Pro uses a USB port and requires 
. Once you have downloaded the latest version of LinkWare Software, you will see the option of selecting either the now retired SimpliFiber or the new SimpliFiber Pro.
