The CertiFiber Pro main unit (also called Versiv/TFS main unit) has two USB ports on the right side.
Will Versiv support connecting a USB hub?
For example, what if the Wi-Fi adapter is connected, enabling access to LinkWare Live, and you also want to use the FI-1000 at the same time? Can that be done without having to disconnect and reconnect the USB connections to the USB port?
Yes, with caveats:
- This is not officially supported and we do not have a recommendation for a specific USB hub.
- It must be a powered USB hub
- Connect the hub to the Type A USB port
- Versiv will support no more than two USB devices attached to a connected powered USB hub.
